Return and Refund Policy

At Kitchen Smart Gadgets: we strive to ensure that every purchase meets your expectations. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out, and you might need to return or exchange an item. This policy outlines the conditions under which you can return items for a refund or exchange.

1. What Can Be Returned or Exchanged?

We offer returns or exchanges on most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. This includes items that:

  • Arrived Damaged or Defective: If the item arrived in a damaged or defective condition, contact us immediately for assistance.
  • Incorrect Item: If you received the wrong product, we’ll arrange for an exchange.
  • Unwanted Items: If you simply don’t like the product or find it unsuitable, you may return it with some exceptions.

2. What Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged?

There are a few exceptions where returns or exchanges cannot be accepted:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products (e.g., digital recipe collections, eBooks)
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”
  • Used or opened items (unless defective or damaged)

3. Important Notes to Keep in Mind

  • Returns and exchanges are only accepted for items purchased directly from kitchensmartgadgets.com.
  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include clear photos to expedite the process.
  • If the product was confirmed via email, and you wish to exchange it after receiving the item, a 30% restocking fee will apply.
  • If you decide to cancel your order while it is in transit, a 30% cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • If you simply don’t like the product or find it unsuitable, a 30% restocking fee will also apply.

4. How to Return or Exchange an Item

Step 1: Contact Us

Before sending any item back, contact our customer service team at support@kitchensmartgadgets.com or call ‪ +1 678-269-0522 to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This helps us track your return and process it quickly.

Step 2: Prepare Your Return

Once you have your RMA number, pack the item securely in its original packaging along with any accessories, manuals, or documentation. Ensure that the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box, and include a copy of the packing slip.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Ship the package back to us using a traceable shipping service with insurance. For your peace of mind, we recommend using a service with tracking information. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during return shipment.

5. Shipping Costs

You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a manufacturing error or an incorrect item being shipped. In such cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

6. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase within 5 to 7 business days. Please note that any original shipping costs incurred will be deducted from your refund amount.

7. Defective or Damaged Products

If your item is damaged or defective, contact us as soon as possible at support@kitchensmartgadgets.com. You may be asked to provide photos or further details to assist in processing your request. We’ll resolve the issue promptly by offering a replacement, repair, or full refund, depending on the circumstances.

8. Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, follow the return process outlined above. After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we’ll issue a refund for the original purchase. You can then place a new order for the desired item.

We may update this Exchange & Refund Policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase will govern your return or exchange.
